NOTARIAL SERVICES WE CAN PROVIDE

1. Authentication of Document

Certify true copies of all original documents, authentication, certification, or certified copies of public documents such as birth, ID, passport, residency, marriage, divorce, and death certificates; commercial records, driver’s license, financial statement, etc.

2. Acknowledgement of Signature

We certify the signatures of both a private individual and the authorized director of a juristic person, whether in Thai or foreign corporations such as BVI companies.

3. Confirmation of Power of Attorney

A power of attorney allows you to designate someone to take legal action on your behalf, such as authorizing someone to buy or sell a property anywhere in the world while you are abroad. If you are signing on behalf of a corporation, LLC, etc., you are required to provide proof that you are authorized to sign on behalf of the organization.

4. Affidavits and Affirmation

An affidavit is a sworn statement of facts made voluntarily and confirmed by the oath or affirmation of your statement. Be noted that our notary public takes NO responsibility for the veracity of the representations that appear in the affidavit. Only the identity of the individual making the statement is validated.

5. Confirmation of address and Life Certificate

For confirmation of address, the original document of receipt of a public service bill or a Bank is required; an electronic document such as an email or electronic bill is acceptable. For pensioners, please follow the instructions of the law of your state.

6. Consent Letter for Child Traveling

Whether the child/children traveling without parent(s) or with another, the original birth certificate of the Child, and original passport of the Child and parent(s), and the legal guardian who is traveling with the Child are required. If you have sole custody of the said child, you must provide us with a copy of custody papers. If the other parent is deceased, you must provide us with a copy of the death certificate.

7. Employment Certificate for VISA

In some countries, an employment certificate is required for a Visa application. It is a certification letter that serves as proof of the Visa applicant’s employment and includes all related documents, such as proof of financial statement.

NOTARY FEES

Our notary services fee starts at a minimum of 1,500 THB per notary signature. The notary fee excluded expenses for domestic and international shipment of the original certificate if needed. Shipment fee based on DHL Express Services Please check the DHL’s price list.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Services listed in clauses 1 to 5 take 30 minutes minimum, the consent Letter for Children Traveling takes 1 business day, and the employment certificate takes 3 business days.
